- My working space is located 411-413 3rd Ave in the Artworks Building in Cambria City. I am a Bottle Works Studio Artist. Visitors welcome by appointment.
artist statement. (Not too pretentious)
I am a self-taught artist who relies on intuition and spontaneity to explore color and form in unique ways. My work is colorful and geometric. My major focus these days is mural work at a larger scale. When between mural jobs, I use my studio practice to explore other artistic forms.
Pricing considerations
Factors taken into consideration with pricing
- Complexity. Some designs are more detailed, some are harder to paint.
- Size. How many square feet?
- Difficulty of access to mural location.
- Indoors or outdoors?
- Is the site protected from the weather, is it temperature controlled?
- Do I need a ladder or scaffolding?
- Do I need to lay down on the floor to paint the lowest reaches of the mural?
- How much access do I have to the mural space?
- How much travel time?
- How much do I need to protect the surroundings from paint drips, etc? Is it outdoors or an unfinished area? Can I let the paint fly?
- Do I need special equipment? What is the time frame for completion?
- Is it a rush job?
- How much creative freedom do I have?
